Does The Fed Really Want To Hike?

The Fed goes into blackout starting Saturday. Fed Chair Janet Yellen will have the final public chance tomorrow to guide a hike for the March 15th decision. That said, the Fed does not sound so excited about the economic conditions for a hike. They are going to begrudgingly get another one in the books. After thinking about it we're not sure how bullish that is.
